Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may exercise the right of withdrawal and return the items within 28 days from the date of delivery. The customer has the option to choose between a refund or store credit.

Within the same 28-day period from the delivery date, the customer may request the replacement of purchased items with items of the same model in a different size or color, if available.

The right of withdrawal or the request for replacement of purchased items will only be accepted if all the Terms and Conditions set forth below are met.


Instructions for Return/Exchange Requests

To initiate the return/exchange request procedure, you must contact info@cbbottazzo.com, providing the order number and the details of the items to be returned or exchanged. Once the request is completed, CB Bottazzo will proceed with the evaluation and further instructions for the return or exchange.

Return shipping using a courier selected by the customer is at the customer’s expense. The return will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to the sender if the delivery incurs additional costs for CB Bottazzo or requires pickup at a courier branch.

Items to be returned must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.

The shipment of the goods must take place within 28 days from the receipt of the order.


Requests for Replacement due to Size/Color Change

It is possible to request the replacement of purchased items only with items of the same model, exchanging for a different size/color if available.

After the item has been verified and processed by CB Bottazzo, the new item will be shipped. The cost of the incoming shipment for the item to be replaced will be borne by the customer, while the shipping of the replacement goods will be at CB Bottazzo's expense.


Requests for Issuance of Store Credit

After the item has been received, verified, and processed by CB Bottazzo, a code equal to the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer for use in a future purchase.

Store Credit:

  • It can be used only once within 3 (three) months from the date of return;
  • It cannot be combined with other Store Credits or credits;
  • It must be used in full on an order of equal or greater value.


Refund Requests

After the item has been received in our warehouse and verified to ensure it complies with the return terms, CB Bottazzo will proceed with a refund of the price paid for the purchased item.

  • For purchases made with a Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to the customer in approximately 10 (ten) days and will appear on the next Credit Card statement. The timing may vary slightly based on the credit card’s banking network.
  • For purchases made with other payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Bank Transfer), the amount will be returned to the original account in approximately 10 (ten) days.

If an order was paid for with a credit card or bank transfer by a third party other than the customer who placed the order, any refund will be issued to the third party.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to currency fluctuations cannot be refunded. Any cost originally incurred for shipping the purchased items will be refunded to the customer only if all purchased items are returned.

Important Note: Orders not accepted upon delivery by the courier or not picked up by the customer will not be refunded.


Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Items must be in their original condition, without signs of use and not altered. Any defect or irregularity must be reported immediately to our customer service, which will assess and provide further instructions.

  • Clothing: They must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any signs of use.
  • Footwear and Accessories: They must be returned intact along with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product and must not have been damaged or used as the sole external packaging.
  • Home Goods: They must be returned in perfect condition and free from any damage, scratches, or dents. In case of goods damaged upon delivery, the customer is requested to contact info@cbbottazzo.com for instructions.

Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placement, due to the rapid processing of orders.

In the case of defective goods or shipping errors, the customer is requested to immediately contact info@cbbottazzo.com.

CB Bottazzo reserves the right to refuse return/exchange requests that do not comply with all the prescribed Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender without the possibility of a refund.
